一、購物流程與代購說明
- 所有商品價格皆以本站標示售價為主。
- 代購商品皆為 英國 Selfridges 正規通路正品。若選擇「宅配」,將由英國直寄至您填寫的地址。
- 若選擇「超商取貨」,在原包裝可寄送的情況下,我們會以原包裝寄出。
- 若找不到想要的商品,可使用「代購填單」功能,我們會於 24 小時內回覆報價與預估到貨時間。
二、付款方式
- 目前僅提供銀行轉帳付款。
- 請於 24 小時內完成匯款並回傳帳號末五碼以確認訂單。
三、出貨與配送
- Selfridges 代購商品下單後平均約 10 天到貨,實際時間視品牌與物流狀況而定。
- 選物館商品約 1–2 週內到貨。
- 可選擇宅配或 7-Eleven 店到店取貨。
- 出貨後將透過 email 與 LINE 通知您物流追蹤編號。
四、商品資訊
- 所有商品資料皆以品牌方或 Selfridges 官方頁面為準。
- 商品價格已包含代購服務費與基本運費,若有特殊包裝或加購服務會另行標示。
- 代購商品為海外直送,包裝可能與台灣版本略有不同。
五、運費與免運門檻
- 一般訂單皆以下單頁顯示之運費為準。
- 部分活動期間或滿額促銷,免運條件依活動公告為準。
六、其他常見問題
Q:可以取消訂單嗎?
若尚未出貨,可透過 LINE 官方帳號提出取消申請。若訂單已進入採購或寄送流程,將無法取消。
Q:商品會有關稅嗎?
除退換貨以外,如代購過程中有其他費用,您無需再支付,將由我們為您處理。
Q:Selfridges 代購商品有瑕疵要退換貨怎麼辦?
犀川選物屬於代購性質,所有商品皆由英國 Selfridges 官方通路購買。若您收到的商品有瑕疵,我們可協助向英國品牌方或通路進行詢問與處理,但最終判定與更換仍依原廠規範為準。
為保障您的權益,請於開箱時全程錄影,並於收到商品後七日內與我們聯繫。若後續需將商品寄回檢查或換貨,台灣國內運費將由買方自行負擔。

1. Ordering & Proxy Shopping
- All prices follow those displayed on our official website.
- All proxy shopping items are authentic products purchased directly from Selfridges UK. For home delivery, your order will be shipped directly from the UK to the address you provide.
- For 7-Eleven pickup, items will be shipped in their original brand packaging whenever possible.
- If the item you wish to purchase is not listed, please fill out the Purchase Request Form, and we will reply within 24 hours with a quotation and estimated delivery time.
2. Payment
- Currently, only bank transfer is accepted.
- Please complete your payment within 24 hours and provide the last five digits of your account number for order verification.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Selfridges proxy items typically arrive within approximately 10 days after order confirmation, depending on brand and logistics conditions.
- Curated (in-stock) items usually arrive within 1–2 weeks.
- Delivery options: Home delivery or 7-Eleven store pickup.
- Shipping updates and tracking information will be sent via email and LINE.
4. Product Information
- All product details are based on information from official brands or Selfridges.
- Listed prices include service fees and basic international shipping. Any special packaging or add-on services will be stated separately.
- As overseas direct purchases, product packaging may differ slightly from Taiwan’s retail versions.
5. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated as shown at checkout.
- Free-shipping or promotional thresholds are subject to current campaign announcements.
6. Other FAQs
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request cancellation via our LINE official account. Once the order has entered the purchasing or shipping process, cancellation is no longer possible.
Are there any customs or additional fees?
Except for potential return or exchange cases, you will not be charged extra during the proxy process — any incidental fees are handled by us.
What if my Selfridges item arrives defective?
Saigawa operates as a purchasing proxy service. All items are bought directly from official Selfridges channels in the UK. If you receive a defective product, we can assist in contacting the brand or retailer for further review or repair; final decisions are subject to the original brand’s policy.
To protect your rights, please record a full unboxing video and contact us within seven days of receipt. If a return to Taiwan inspection or exchange is required, domestic Taiwan shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
