一、付款方式

• 目前僅提供銀行轉帳付款。
• 下單後請於 24 小時內完成匯款，並於官方 LINE 或回覆 email 通知帳號末五碼，以便確認訂單。
• 若逾時未完成付款，系統將自動取消訂單。

二、運送方式與時間

• 代購商品由英國 Selfridges 官方通路出貨，平均約 10 天內到貨（實際時間依品牌與物流狀況而異）。
• 選物館商品約 1-2 週內出貨。
• 提供宅配與7-Eleven 店到店取貨兩種方式。
• 若選擇宅配，代購商品將由英國直寄至您填寫的地址。
• 若選擇超商取貨，會於包裝條件允許時，以原品牌包裝寄出。

三、運費與免運

• 一般訂單運費以下單頁面顯示為準。
• 活動期間或滿額免運優惠，將於頁面與官方 LINE 公告。
• 若訂單內有部分商品缺貨並取消，免運門檻將依實際結帳金額重新計算。

四、出貨通知與追蹤

出貨後將同步透過 email 與 LINE 通知，內含物流追蹤編號與預計送達時間。

• Proxy orders from Selfridges UK usually arrive within about 10 days after confirmation (actual time may vary by brand and logistics conditions).
• Curated in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days.
• Delivery options: Home delivery and 7-Eleven store pickup.
• For home delivery, proxy items are shipped directly from the UK to the address you provide.
• For 7-Eleven pickup, we use the original brand packaging whenever possible.

3. Shipping Fee & Free Shipping

• Shipping fees are as shown at checkout.
• Free-shipping or promotional offers will be announced via our website and LINE official account.
• If any items in your order are canceled due to stock shortage, free-shipping eligibility will be recalculated based on the actual order total.

4. Shipping Notifications

You will receive an email and LINE message once your order ships, including your tracking number and estimated delivery time.
