一、商品缺貨與斷貨處理

  • 所有商品庫存皆以日本品牌庫存為主,下單成功不等於有貨,若遇到國外缺貨,將於訂單留言通知取消。
  • 訂單扣除缺貨商品,若未達免運優惠門檻,仍需收取運費,運費金額依訂單成立日之運費計算。

二、退換貨政策

退換貨說明

本賣場屬「代購性質」,商品皆為品牌原包裝出貨,無法接受退換貨。

收到商品後如果有瑕疵等狀況,我們可以免費協助詢問品牌是否能換貨、或是維修,若後續有維修、或是換貨需要,皆需由買家自行負擔寄回日本及台灣的來回運費。

重要提醒:

如有瑕疵,請於收到商品後,保持原樣,並於取貨起算七天內聯繫官方 LINE 客服。

不接受退換貨情況

商品原包裝、吊牌、剪標或是任何原包裝遺失、下水洗過、外出穿著使用過或是超過七天的時間,皆無法受理。

三、商品運送與保護

如有任何商品問題,須在七天內與官方Line聯繫,以取貨日為第一天計算。

四、商品缺貨、取消及退款

商品缺貨或賣場取消訂單

如遇商品缺貨、賣場主動取消訂單,款項將直接退回您的原付款方式。退款處理時間約 3-7 個工作天。

顧客主動取消訂單

若顧客於出貨前主動申請取消訂單,將於退款時扣除每筆新台幣 30 元之處理費(含轉帳手續費與作業成本)。處理費金額將視實際情況保留調整權利。如有特殊情形(如重複付款、系統異常等),請聯繫我們進一步處理。

1. Stock Shortage & Out-of-Stock Items

  • All product availability is subject to Japanese brand inventory. Order confirmation does not guarantee stock availability.
  • If items become unavailable in Japan after order placement, we will notify you via order comments.
  • If your order falls below the free shipping threshold after removing out-of-stock items, shipping fees will still apply.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

This is a purchasing service. All items are shipped in original brand packaging and cannot be returned or exchanged under normal circumstances.

If you receive defective items, we can assist in contacting the brand for potential exchanges or repairs. Any repair or exchange shipping costs between Japan and Taiwan must be borne by the customer.

3. Defect Reporting

For defective items, please maintain the original condition and contact our official LINE customer service within 7 days of receipt.

4. Non-Returnable Conditions

Items with missing original packaging, tags, labels, or items that have been washed, worn, or kept beyond 7 days cannot be processed for returns.

5. Product Protection

We recommend recording the unboxing process to ensure protection for both parties. Any product issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

6. Refund Process

Store-initiated cancellations: Full refund to original payment method within 3-7 business days.

Customer-initiated cancellations: Refund minus applicable handling fees. Fee structure will be assessed case by case.
